An Organized Coffee & Tea Cabinet

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!
I woke up this morning with an eager smile on my face at 6:30 ready to begin the day. My eagerness and excitement came from the fact that I didn't have to go into work today and instead could begin my kitchen organization challenge! If you know me then this wont be a surprise to you, but I started with my favorite cabinet in the kitchen... my Coffee and Tea Cabinet!

Now if I started with a cabinet that looked like the one above, I would have been jumping for joy. Instead I started with this...

That's got to be the saddest excuse for a kitchen cabinet that I have ever seen...
It definitely needed a lot of love, so I gutted her out of the little bit of items she contained, and started from scratch.

I started by adding in a Keurig carousel to hold my delicious little K-Cups, and next to it added in my teal stacking containers that each holds a variety of sweeteners and similar; my stevia in the raw packets, brown sugar, white cane sugar, hot cocoa, and a large canister in the back that holds my Teavana Rock Sugar.

The next shelves are home to my favorite Better Homes and Gardens owl mugs that are being held up with adhesive hooks. Underneath them are my 3 mason jars that I use when I am making iced tea. One the right, I stacked my tea canisters (did you catch my post where I labeled them?! I love these canisters!) I stacked each canister so that the labels are easy to read.

The top shelf holds my less-used items; my Keurig carafe and my teapot infuser. Together each shelf makes a cohesive unit of love for my heart. It's exactly how I had envisioned it!

For the final touches to this area, I added a plate on the counter for a litlte pizzazz. The mug that holds my small tea spoons was a Christmas gift from my cousin. In the back is a FEJKA potted plant and in the front is my most favorite little tea helper.. the Pot of Perfect Tea Scoop!

I am so happy with this quick transformation from what it was, to what it is now. If this is any idea as to how the rest of the kitchen-week is going to be, I am so excited to keep going! Let's take one last look at the before and after

So much prettier! I think my 4am coffee making just got that much sweeter! What was your favorite part about this cabinet transformation? I'm having trouble deciding... how can you limit your favorite part of this cabinet of warmth?! Ahhh... I love. Happy Organizing, Friends!
